Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented First Team Video & Data Analyst to join our technical staff. Working closely with the Head Coach and the coaching team, you will be responsible for providing tactical insights, opposition scouting, and post-match analysis to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and analyze daily training sessions and all First Team matches.
  • Prepare detailed pre-match opposition analysis presentations for the coaching staff and players.
  • Provide live in-game analysis and clip coding from the tactical camera.
  • Conduct post-match individual player reviews using data metrics.
  • Maintain and manage the club’s video database and statistical records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst in a professional or semi-professional football environment.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software such as Hudl, Sportscode, and Wyscout.
  • Valid Video / Data Analysis Certification or a relevant degree in Sports Science.
  • Strong understanding of football tactics and systems of play.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to players and staff.
